What the company profile is
Company Profile in the sidebar is where you describe your company once, in a form every agent reads before it writes, plans, or publishes anything.
Who reads it
Section titled “Who reads it”Every agent, on every piece of work. The profile is not a settings page you fill in for the record: it is the context an agent has instead of asking you what your company does. A blank profile does not stop anything, it just means agents work from what they can infer from the task in front of them.
How it is organized
Section titled “How it is organized”The rail down the left side groups the profile into four:
| Group | Tabs | Answers |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Overview, Preview | Where do I stand, and what does this produce |
| Brand | Identity, Voice, Visual | Who are we and how do we look and sound |
| Strategy | Audience, Positioning, Strategy, Content | Who do we serve, how do we win, how do we write |
| Governance | Constraints, Agent guidance, References | What may agents never say, and what have they learned from |
| Workflow | Proposals, Marketing, Versions, History | What is waiting on you, and what changed |
Each tab in Brand, Strategy, and Governance carries a percentage. That is its readiness, not a grade.
Readiness
Section titled “Readiness”Readiness answers one question: how much is an agent guessing about this? A section at 100 has everything an agent needs; a low one is where its output will be generic. The Overview tab totals it into a single reading, and lists the specific fields that would move it most.
Nothing is gated on readiness. A section at zero produces work that reads like it came from a company nobody described.
The Preview tab
Section titled “The Preview tab”Preview is the profile made concrete. Rather than showing you fields, it renders what agents will actually produce from them:
- how they will describe your company, in a short and a long form,
- the marketing blurb they would write,
- the title slide a deck would open with,
- the prompt an image request would carry,
- an outreach draft in your voice.
Each panel links back to the tab that would change it, so a preview you do not like is one click from the field that caused it. This is the fastest way to check a profile edit: change the field, come back to Preview, and read what changed.
Editing it
Section titled “Editing it”Any tab in Brand, Strategy, or Governance is directly editable, and saving publishes a new profile version straight away. That is the difference between you and an agent: you write, agents propose.
Every edit is recorded. Versions holds the full history with a diff and a restore, and History is the audit trail of who changed what and when.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Identity and voice: the tabs to fill in first.
- Constraints and agent guidance: the rules agents work inside.
- The company profile: why the propose-and-approve rule exists.
