What is CommandChain?
CommandChain is where you and a team of AI agents work together to take an idea all the way to a shipped, marketed product. You describe a goal in your own words. Your team turns it into a plan, does the work, and comes back to you for the decisions only you can make.
You do not manage prompts, and you do not coordinate the agents by hand. You set direction, and the platform handles planning, coordination, execution, and follow-through.
What your team does
Section titled “What your team does”Work moves through four stages, and the same understanding of your business carries across all of them:
- Shape. You describe the customer, the problem, and what success looks like. Your team asks the questions that are still unclear and writes down the answers.
- Build. Your direction becomes requirements, decisions, and coordinated tasks. Agents plan the work, execute it, and review it as it moves.
- Launch. The product reaches real users with documentation and a launch plan grounded in what actually shipped, not a roadmap.
- Grow. Marketing keeps working across content, social, email, and other channels. What the results say feeds the next round of product and campaign work.
What you approve, and what agents do
Section titled “What you approve, and what agents do”Agents do the work. You keep the judgment.
- Agents do the planning, drafting, coding, testing, campaign work, and the routine coordination between one outcome and the next.
- You decide the direction, the tradeoffs that matter, and anything that spends money or is visible to the public. Missing direction and real blockers come back to you.
How much an agent may do on its own is a setting you control, not a fixed rule. You can review every important action at first and allow more independent execution as your confidence grows. See the autonomy ladder for how that graduation works, and budgets for how spend stays inside limits you set.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- How it works: meetings, tasks, agents, and the runner on your machine.
- Quickstart: go from a goal to a working team.
- Glossary: the words the rest of the docs uses.
