Finish and ship a deck
A deck is done when it is Ready. Getting it out of the meeting is a decision you make, not a state the platform moves it into.
Check it first
Section titled “Check it first”The deck was planned from a conversation, so read it before it leaves the room:
- Open Preview and walk the slides. The speaker notes under each one say what the slide is for.
- Check any number on it against the work it came from. An agent quotes what the workspace holds, and the workspace can be out of date.
- Check the claims against your constraints. Agents read them, and a deck is still yours to sign off.
If something is wrong, ask again in the meeting rather than editing slides. A new ask produces a new deck, and the old one stays where it was.
Take it with you
Section titled “Take it with you”-
Download PPTX for a deck someone will edit, or Download PDF for one they will only read.
-
Send it, or present from the HTML preview directly.
That is enough for a deck that is a one-off. For a deck that is part of a launch, put it somewhere the rest of the work can see it.
Keep it as a project asset
Section titled “Keep it as a project asset”The project’s marketing asset library is where an artifact becomes something the platform can schedule, publish, and trace:
-
Download the PPTX or PDF from the meeting.
-
Open the project, then the Campaigns tab, then Add asset.
-
Choose Upload file and pick the deck. A PPTX or PDF is recognised as a deck automatically.
-
Give it a title and, if it belongs to one, a campaign.
From there it behaves like any other asset: it has a place in the calendar, a status, and a lineage back to what it came from.
When the meeting ends
Section titled “When the meeting ends”Ending or finalizing a meeting does not remove its artifacts. The deck stays on the meeting and stays downloadable, and merging the meeting into a project carries its tasks and decisions rather than its files. If you want the deck itself to live in the project, import it.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Export formats: which file to hand over.
- Create a project: the Marketing tab an imported deck lands in.
- Merge a meeting’s outcomes into a project: what merging does carry.
